I love that S2E4 gave Alastor shippers a little bit of something for almost every popular ship. Radiorose dancing and also unlocking toxic radiorose, the scene with Lucifer with the mugs and Lucifer calling Alastor "bambi" like in every radioapple fanfiction, Charlie being protected by Alastor's deal with Vox and also the way he said Vox isn't to lay a hand on her, and then of course the entire last part of the episode with everything that happened between Alastor and Vox. No more shipping wars we can all be fed. Peace and Love on the planet Earth. 🩷
all i want in jojolion is for rohan to appear in one panel, the attention isn’t even drawn towards him he’s just in the background somewhere to make it painstakingly clear that even with the entire universe reset we can never escape kishibe rohan
A post from like 10 years ago that is fucking hilarious because Rohan straight-up manifested in Jojolands.
we can never escape kishibe rohan
don’t mind me I’m just nostalgic to see a post by my writing bestie wryyda on my timeline in 2025.
oh the jojo days.
Every time I read a myth translation/adaptation or see a take that draws that bold "good and evil" line between the beings of Norse mythology
And/or when I read something that actively writes off Loki and his kids as irredeemable pure evil
I start crying internally and also grow more exhausted that this shit is still believed in 2025
Norse mythology is full of complication and nuance. Act like it. None of the gods or other beings are pure good or pure evil.
I know this is my fandom blog, and the huge pile of rejections is starting to make things feel hopeless…
but what this post describes is exactly what I have been frustrated with, and exactly what I try to tackle with the Norse gods in my own work involving wolves within the mythology.
fingers crossed I one day find a lit agent or small press who agrees.
when joey said something like "i would ask the writers about jaskier's sexuality and they wouldn't give a clear answer, so i made my own decisions" i love the implication that he decided to make him gay as shit coded by ad libbing jaskier's faggotry until the writers finally made him canonically gay as shit
I wasn't even surprise Jaskier acted the way he did when Radovid suggested him choose between him and Geralt.
He's truly been in love with Geralt since forever and his utmost loyalty lies there. All roads lead back to Geralt and everything he does.
This times ten million.
